Seeking a Salesforce Implementation Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects. Responsible for leading Salesforce solutions implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibility
Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Flows, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Design and develop reports and dashboards to meet client business needs
Configure and customize out-of-the-box Salesforce components
Collaborate with internal teams and clients in a remote work environment
Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
Provide excellent customer service and post-implementation support
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in Salesforce implementation
Proficient in Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and configuration of Sales and Service Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionalities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships concurrently
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
