Responsibility
Build scalable, robust, and innovative Salesforce solutions
Lead a talented team of Salesforce engineers and administrators
Partner closely with product manager to translate product vision into technical reality
Collaborate with systems solutioning and architect resources
Drive the adoption of Salesforce development best practices
Own the full software development lifecycle for Salesforce projects
Requirements
7 years of experience in Salesforce development
Salesforce Platform Developer, Technical Architect, and/or Salesforce Administrator Certifications
Experience working with instances of 500+ users and thousands of service order a year
3 years of experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators
Deep understanding of Salesforce development methodologies, best practices, and governance
Expert level experience working with DX, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), advanced declarative (i.e. Flow), and/or custom automations and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, etc.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices and tools for Salesforce deployments
