Overview
This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet business needs efficiently.
Responsibility
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Lead requirements gathering & analysis
Lead user acceptance testing
Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
Update, implement, and maintain procedures
Evaluate business processes and develop optimization strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
4-8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce functionality
Experience with coding in Apex is preferred
Salesforce Admin/Developer Certifications are preferred
Experience in both Build and Run projects desirable
Demonstrate writing of technical documents and fixing existing code
Able to effectively work across time zones with offshore developers and testers
