Responsibility
Customize and configure Sales Cloud features including lead conversion, opportunity management, forecasting, and quote-to-cash workflows
Build and maintain Service Cloud capabilities such as case management, SLAs, and knowledge base integration
Develop and enhance customer lifecycle processes using CRM best practices
Design and implement automation workflows and approval processes
Participate in cross-cloud data integration projects (Sales, Service, and Marketing)

Requirements
4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization
Exposure to Marketing Cloud and cross-cloud data flows
CRM fundamentals: customer data management, 360° view, and segmentation
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Familiarity with CPQ, quote generation, and sales automation flows
