Overview
As a Salesforce Developer at Spektra Systems, you will design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize platform performance.
Responsibility
Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visual-force pages, Lightning components, and Apex classes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Implement data integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform and its integrations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Lightning Framework, Apex, Visual force, Native, and Salesforce APIs.
Salesforce->Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
