Overview
Salesforce Developer responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce platform to automate business processes and improve work efficiency.
Responsibility
Develop and maintain our Salesforce platform and integrate it with other systems as required
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Build scalable solutions for enhancing business processes on Sales cloud and CPQ products
Maintain and uphold our platform design standards
Establish and enforce development standards, methodologies, and tools
Identify and mitigate development risks and issues
Participate in Agile development processes
Requirements
7+ years of experience in software development
5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
Experience with Screen Flows, Record Trigger Flows, Scheduled Flows, Sub Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools
Understanding of CRM principles and the Salesforce ecosystem
Salesforce Admin and Developer certification would be a plus
Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes
Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
