Responsibility
Manage support queue and close tickets within SLA
Action tickets related to data and meta-data fixes
Work with Business users to resolve tickets
Develop and maintain process guides
Daily administration and support of Salesforce instance
Create reports and dashboards
Educate end users on Salesforce functionalities
Support Business ops team with Salesforce enhancements
Requirements
Experience using Salesforce platform as a Data Analyst
Proficiency in managing data across Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases
Knowledge of Salesforce object model and user management
Experience with Dataloader for bulk data operations
Clear communication skills
Proactive attitude
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Salesforce admin skills (preferred)
