Overview
Exciting opportunity for a Salesforce CX Analytics Specialist to drive CX insights and operational improvements within Salesforce Clouds.
Responsibility
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce Reports and Tableau.
Managing day-to-day analytics tasks, including data extraction, cleaning, and reporting to provide actionable insights for various business units.
Analyze and interpret Salesforce data to provide insights that drive CX strategy and improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and optimize Salesforce data structures accordingly.
Support data integrations between Salesforce and external analytics platforms.
Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security within the Salesforce environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.).
Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
Experience with Tableau (significant advantage).
Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and data visualization tools.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dataloader, APIs) - an advantage.
Understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex) - an advantage.
