Overview
Lead Salesforce Engineer responsible for Salesforce CPQ solutions, system integration, and team management.
Responsibility
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions
Design scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins
Drive system integration strategies with ERP, billing, and other platforms
Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts
Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance
Requirements
8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
3+ years of Salesforce CPQ implementation and architecture experience
Strong understanding of CPQ capabilities
Experience with Salesforce integrations to ERP systems like NetSuite
Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Flow
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
