Undertake the role of technofunctional consultant in our engagements, providing expert advice to clients on the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)

Analyze, design & implement crossplatform features around Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud including connected systems and help our clients to leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform

Summarize and navigate complex issues towards resolution, engaging various client stakeholders, including up to C-level executives

Manage a diverse range of responsibilities within customer projects, including leading workshops, assessing the technofunctional realization of customer requirements, overseeing the design and implementation process, and serving as a liaison between clients and our development teams
