Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
Proven experience working directly with clients at various levels.
Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and manage expectations.
3-5 years of experience working in environments that require technical understanding.
