Responsibility
Gain deep insight into customer business challenges, technology requirements, and strategic objectives to translate into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams
Take full ownership of end-to-end implementation including product configuration, system migration, and comprehensive testing
Work across internal and customer systems to ensure a smooth and successful launch
Lead meetings and communications with customers throughout the entire lifecycle, building trust and confidence
Requirements
Advanced experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
Salesforce Admin & Platform App Builder certifications and/or equivalent certifications and experience
Refined problem-solving and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with both internal teams and direct customer interactions
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, creative work environments
Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities, capable of handling tasks related to multiple customer engagements at the same time
A desire to pursue additional, relevant certifications and applicable learning opportunities
