Overview
This role involves supporting over 400 Salesforce users across Sales, Service, and Marketing by gathering user stories, translating business requirements, and delivering strategic initiatives within the Salesforce platform.
Responsibility
Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing insights and recommendations on platform improvements to stakeholders
Interface with various departments to understand their needs, share solutions, and ensure alignment with company objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Marketing to identify opportunities for system improvements and process optimizations
Facilitate user requirement sessions and translate business needs into actionable Salesforce configurations
Provide estimates, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions in line with business priorities and deadlines
Continuously evaluate system performance and suggest optimizations to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience
Requirements
Intermediate business process knowledge of Marketing, Sales and Service
Hands-on advanced configuration experience automating Salesforce - Account Engagement/Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Strong data management abilities
Ability to analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
Excellent analytical, research, editing and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Demonstrates excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with customers of varying technical background
Experience with SDLC within a Salesforce development environment
