Overview
The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing and supporting Sales and Service Cloud applications under the guidance of IT leadership.
Responsibility
Gather and document business requirements, define scope, and perform map/gap analysis
Understand user needs and drive continuous improvement and efficient use of the Salesforce platform
Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, profiles, custom objects, rules, etc
Create reports and dashboards for users and business decision-makers
Requirements
5-6 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and IT systems
Deep understanding of Salesforce features and customization capabilities
Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and data
Excellent communication skills to articulate and convey information to business leaders and key stakeholders
Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop creative solutions
