Responsibility
Help manage all aspects of our sales enablement platform
Ensure accuracy and availability of industry data within Salesforce
Maintain and enhance processes that handle data entry errors
Support user community in creating reports
Manage lead ingestion from webinars, events, and website inquiries
Configure Salesforce to be easy to use and actionable
Train new and existing Salesforce users
Research and select third-party software vendors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
1-2 years of experience in a similar role owning Salesforce at an asset management firm
Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
High-energy, positive, caring, deliberate, self-aware, curious and open-minded
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new topics and be dynamic in a rapidly evolving company and space
