Overview
Join our team as a Salesforce Business Analyst to support Salesforce initiatives with a focus on Service Cloud.
Responsibility
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows
Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide input during the hypercare phase
Translate business needs into functional Salesforce features and ensure system optimization
Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables in Agile project environments
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities
Proficiency in writing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and user stories
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce project delivery
Solid Salesforce administration skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
