Overview

Critical role as Salesforce Business Analyst guiding client's regional sales teams through Salesforce transformation.

Responsibility

Partner with regional business teams to quickly master key channel and end-user sales processes and related solution needs, becoming a trusted process expert

Gather and document regional business requirements and actively facilitate open, insightful conversations to surface true business needs

Develop and maintain current state and future state process maps to drive requirements identification, gap analysis, and process harmonization

Provide actionable recommendations for Salesforce solution design, tailoring approaches to regional specificity and business goals

Requirements

4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business analysis, CRM implementation, or related roles supporting enterprise sales teams

Deep, practical knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices; experience in multi-region deployments preferred

Proficiency with process mapping (Omnigraffle, Visio, or similar) and project management tools

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders of varying seniority

Highly organized, with a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
