Detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for gathering business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.
Responsibility
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and processes
Solution Design: Design and recommend Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and improve processes
Configuration: Assist in configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements, including custom objects, fields, and workflows
Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly
User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
