Responsibility
Gathers requirements, analyzes processes, and facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution
Work closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to refine user stories
Translate business requirements to technical and functional teams for Salesforce implementations
Facilitate refinement sessions with the Scrum Team
Work with Organization Change Management (OCM) team members
Work with Solution Architects to identify design problems
Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within first 90 days of employment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role working with Salesforce Applications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce
Must possess Salesforce Certifications
Experience with Agile development approaches/tools
Experience leading client briefings and review sessions
US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance
