Overview

The Salesforce Business Analyst will lead the Salesforce implementation and support in North America under the guidance of Global SFDC leadership.

Responsibility

Own the system: Understand how users utilize (and want to utilize) Salesforce and be able to link this with the business needs and expectations.

Work in the system: Create configurable solutions comprised of workflows, flows, profiles, custom objects, custom fields, sharing rules, and validation rules in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Promote the system: Drive user adoption of Salesforce and its functionality.

Forge partnerships with multiple business functions, including business executives, Finance, Legal, Sales leaders and IT to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes.

Develop comprehensive test plans and cases by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.

Partner with IT as the spokesperson for North America Refinish, ensuring that all solutions are globally aligned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.

3+ years of Salesforce experience, with experience of Sales Cloud required.

Salesforce Administrator certification required (would consider candidate working to complete).

Able to take business requirements and turn them into a world-class Salesforce solution.

Advanced knowledge and skills preferred in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Understanding and/or experience in an agile development environment.

Comfortable working directly at all levels from management to end users, stakeholders and business users to build solutions.
