Responsibility
Design and evolve our Salesforce architecture to enable rapid business execution while building for hyper-growth
Establish architectural principles that accelerate development velocity without compromising scalability
Implement lean governance frameworks that maintain architectural integrity while enabling speed to market
Requirements
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent depth of expertise with a clear path to CTA
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience architecting complex Salesforce solutions
Deep expertise in Flow-based automation scalability and best practices
Extensive experience with Salesforce data modeling, security models, and integration patterns
