Overview
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for system architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibility
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
Define and implement system architecture, best practices, and coding standards
Act as a mentor for junior developers, guiding them in best practices and technical problem-solving
Oversee Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, ensuring optimal performance and usability
Lead Salesforce Data Migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and security
Manage team productivity, identifying blockers and tracking resolution
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ Years of experience working in Salesforce Development
4+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud
4+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and integrations
Experience with Salesforce Data Migration
Experience with DevOps Tools – CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated deployments
