Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Adoption & Reporting Manager. Responsible for driving user engagement and ensuring Salesforce is fully leveraged across the organization.
Responsibility
Develop and implement a remote-friendly, data-driven Salesforce adoption strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead virtual change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions when new features or processes are introduced
Track user engagement metrics and adoption trends using Salesforce analytics tools
Provide regular reports to leadership on adoption progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users amongst the commercial sales community
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree level education
3–5 years experience in CRM adoption, user training, or change management roles
Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Trainer)
Experience with Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics tools
