Overview
Dynamic Salesforce Admin role with user support and system maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibility
Provide responsive support to global Salesforce users
Assist in creating, deduplicating, and updating account records
Administer user roles, profiles, and permission sets
Monitor data syncs between Salesforce and order platform
Support enhancements and maintenance of account and opportunity hierarchy
Ensure accurate opportunity handoff for downstream order ingestion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification required
3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, AdTech, media, or related environment
Understanding of advertising technology ecosystem preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in client-facing roles
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
