Overview
The Salesforce Administrator role involves maintaining and improving Salesforce, managing user requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
Responsibility
Perform administrator functions to maintain the system
Monitor and respond to requests from production users
Create and manage automation processes
Identify and escalate process or product quality gaps
Clean, validate, and import data sets into Salesforce
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
Create and maintain end user documentation
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in customizing and building components of Salesforce
Salesforce Sales Cloud experience and administrator certification(s)
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning components
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently under strict deadlines
Strong computer proficiency; adept at learning new software
Fluent in English
