Responsibility
Configure and manage core Salesforce functionality
Maintain and improve business process best practices
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
Maintain security best practices
Perform data cleanup and manipulation
Provide timely support for Salesforce-related inquiries
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
Requirements
2+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration
Experience with Salesforce Lightning
Strong communication skills
Understanding of Agile principles
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Nice to Have)
Advanced Administrator Certification (Nice to Have)
