Overview
Exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator at GFiber to drive operational excellence and enhance system scalability.
Responsibility
Perform all aspects of Salesforce administration, including but not limited to: managing user access, roles, and permissions; configuring objects, fields, and page layouts; building and maintaining complex workflows, process builders, and flows; and ensuring data integrity through best practices in data management.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements. Assist in the solution design process by mapping business needs to Salesforce capabilities, contributing to planning sessions, and ensuring proposed solutions are scalable and meet user needs. Serve as a key liaison to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Perform management tasks, including licensing, imports, exports, backups, and cleansing—to ensure data integrity, and drive user adoption by documenting support processes, creating FAQs, and developing training materials for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers for complex escalations, and stay current with Salesforce updates, proactively sharing knowledge and best practices with the team and end-users.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
2 years of experience managing Salesforce-related projects, including requirements definition, project planning, and execution.
Experience with configuring & managing Salesforce, including licensing, fundamentals, user management, roles/profiles, custom objects/fields, workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows.
