Overview

High-performing Sales Account Executive role in the Prosper market with a focus on new home sales and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibility

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from first meeting through contract execution and financing

Build and manage a pipeline of buyers, with a focus on both community inventory and BOYL prospects

Act as the listing agent for Homebound homes - managing pre-sales, showings, and contract closings

Drive lead generation through agent partnerships, local networking, and outbound efforts

Partner with Marketing on events, campaigns, and community engagement to increase visibility and traffic

Requirements

4+ years of sales experience in new homes sales

Proven knowledge of Title & Escrow, real estate contracts, and closing processes

Skilled at building community and agent relationships in the DFW suburbs

Comfortable running in-person sales meetings and site visits with minimal oversight

Proficient in CRM systems, MLS tools, and standard office software
