Responsibility
Gather and analyze business requirements
Design and maintain customizations in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Integrate Salesforce with external systems
Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM
Conduct user training and provide technical support
Establish best practices for configuration and development
Requirements
At least ten (10) years of demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Proficiency in Salesforce security, user management, platform maintenance
Strong experience with Apex programming
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PD I certification required, PDII preferred
