Responsibility

Lead the complete end-to-end customer experience

Demonstrate the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues

Raise issues to Product Engineering when required

Provide peer mentorship to team members

Provide advanced technical support

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customized solutions

Investigating and resolving complex technical issues

Debugging production code to identify root causes of bugs

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with Salesforce and PSA systems

Salesforce Administrator certification required

Strong understanding of force.com data model

Experience with integrations, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

Proven track record of solving complex technical issues

Experience designing and implementing high-scale distributed systems
