Overview
Rapidly growing technology department seeking Lead Salesforce Developer for federal customers.
Responsibility
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on business needs and industry best practices.
Work closely with team members to develop applications in Salesforce and research integration issues.
Advise UI/UX designers regarding best-practice approaches to implementing the customer’s requirements.
Mentor other developers who are new the Salesforce platform through knowledge transfer, peer review, and frequent collaboration.
Recommend and implement improvements and new functionality in Salesforce, and deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
Requirements
Must reside in the United States.
US Citizenship required (required by federal government for this position)
Currently possess or have ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
5+ years of Software development and implementation using Salesforce, preferably in a government consulting environment.
3+ years of experience leading development teams as technical lead with at least 5 team members. Deep understanding of application design, development, support, and enhancement lifecycle
3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com with a unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical
3+ years of functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements. Strong track record working as a technical lead to perform process analysis, gather business requirements, and develop/configure digital applications.
