Overview
Motivated Junior Salesforce Developer role in a high-growth technology scale-up. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions to drive sales performance and user experience.
Responsibility
Analysing requirements and collaborating on the design of functional and/or technical Salesforce solutions
Implement functional and/or technical Salesforce solutions using appropriate programmatic and configuration-based Salesforce tools
Unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of solutions to meet requirements and edge cases
Ensuring smooth deployment and releases into production systems
Identify areas for system maintenance and improvement
Requirements
Comprehensive experience using Salesforce automation and declarative configuration tools (flows, approvals, validation roles)
Experience using Apex (classes, triggers, test methods), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL is beneficial, but not essential
Able to develop functional solutions using Salesforce automation and declarative configuration tools (flows, approvals, validation rules)
The only minimum certification requirement is the Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience working within organisations that are currently operating in international markets
Experience working within not just Salesforce but across an entire tech stack
