Seeking an experienced IT Specialist, Sales Tools to join a global technology company in Finland.
Responsibility
Create solution specifications based on functional and non-functional requirements
Manage Salesforce configurations and develop small enhancements
Create, validate, and approve solution designs and related documentation
Support solution testing and oversee Salesforce functionalities
Ensure Salesforce operates smoothly in end-to-end processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
At least five years of relevant industry experience
Salesforce knowledge
Experience working in a global manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and collaborations skills
Fluent in English
