Overview
Lead a team of Inside Sales Professionals to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and feedback, and optimize sales operations.
Responsibility
Responsible for group operations including KPIs, metrics, and reporting
Recruit, onboard, and develop Inside Sales Professionals
Meet or exceed sales team goals
Lead, inspire, and mentor the team to deliver best-in-class service
Foster a customer-centric culture focused on responsiveness and problem resolution
Provide effective coaching, motivating, and insightful feedback
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of inside sales or sales support experience
Sales management experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer product field preferred
Experience in Inside Sales Management in a medical or health-related environment preferred
Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting customers with diabetes preferred
Experience providing remote support in a regulated environment
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
