Overview

Strategic and operational sales leader needed to drive revenue growth, manage sales team, and optimize e-commerce and offline channels.

Responsibility

Develop and implement sales strategy for online/offline/export channels

Manage product offerings, pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs

Monitor and optimize key metrics: LTV, retention, CAC, gross margin, sales dynamics

Expand sales in European markets and identify new opportunities

Collaborate with IT, marketing, customer service, and logistics teams

Support clients in optimizing packaging processes

Analyze customer purchasing processes and recommend efficiency solutions

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in e-commerce, packaging, logistics, FMCG, or software industry

Proven track record in driving sales growth and increasing conversions

Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce

Experience in export or cross-border sales within the EU

Fluency in English (minimum B2+); additional languages are a plus
