Overview
Seeking a GTM Systems Operations Specialist to maintain and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM technologies.
Responsibility
Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for Sales Cloud
Lead the continuous enhancement of Salesforce instance
Implement and enforce data quality standards
Design, build, and optimize automation solutions
Oversee the administration and integration of critical GTM tools
Lead system implementation and project management
Provide end-user enablement and support
Contribute to strategic roadmaps and reporting
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce Flows
Strong understanding of core Sales Cloud objects and best practices
Experience managing and integrating key GTM technologies
Solid grasp of data quality principles
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
