Overview

Lead the Global Sales Support team in optimizing Salesforce productivity and efficiency. Create reports, analyze data, and drive process improvements.

Responsibility

Lead the Global Sales Support team and oversee Salesforce Case Management

Be the ambassador of Sales Operations

Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement

Works closely with IT to submit change requests, fix system issues, or roll out new programs

Assist in the administration of sales tool license for sales users

Create Salesforce reports and dashboard analytics

Participate in data analysis/validation and User Acceptance Testing for Sales Operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2+ Years of Salesforce Admin experience or equivalent Salesforce Trailhead Certifications

2+ Years Experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Sales, IT, Deal Desk, or Operations roles

Fluency in Google (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)

Understanding of Microsoft Excel PIVOT tables and basic functionality

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex problems and solutions

Analytical and judgment skills to identify cause-and-effect relationships

Effective time management and organizational skills
