Overview
As a CPQ Technical Architect, responsible for system architecture, solution design, and client communication.
Responsibility
Conduct research into clients' use of existing CPQ solutions
Define and maintain system architecture
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes
Review solutions and recommending improvements
Own the design of Sales, Service, and platform solutions
Act as a release manager
Provide guidance on user story writing style
Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment
Requirements
Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or similar field
5+ years experience in leading CPQ projects and technical roles like Salesforce Developer
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Oracle CPQ
Experience with CSS, Javascript Libraries like React, Apex, APIs
Excellent communication skills
Salesforce certifications desired
Strong analytical skills
Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences
