Responsibility
Own end-to-end SDLC process for the Public Sector development pod
Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming
Coordinate UAT with Public Sector stakeholders
Create user stories with defined business requirements
Manage end-to-end delivery of Public Sector Salesforce initiatives
Drive user adoption through effective change management
Monitor and report on key metrics for business value
Requirements
US citizenship and must reside on US soil
7+ years of experience implementing SaaS business systems
Experience with federal government clients
Knowledge of federal security compliance requirements
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce.com certification preferred
