Responsibility
Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to document detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Process Analysis: Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
Documentation: Create clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user case, and process flows
Salesforce Configuration: Customize Salesforce apps, objects, fields, workflows, and reports
User Management: Oversee user roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses
Automation: Implement automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flows) to streamline processes
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in entry level Sales role, business analyst or project management roles
Degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or business administration preferred
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation tools
Experience in business process analysis and data-driven decision-making
