As a BDR Manager, lead a team in outbound sales strategies and operational excellence.
Responsibility
Own recurring KPI management for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline creation
Develop BDRs through ongoing 1:1 coaching and structured growth plan
Collaborate on strategy and execution of outbound messaging and ICP segmentation
Ensure operational excellence in Salesforce and outbound tools
Bring insights from team conversations back to sales and marketing
Requirements
At least 5+ years of experience managing or mentoring high-performing BDR or SDR teams
Strong coaching skills with a proven ability to level up early-career reps
Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and tools like Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft
A data-driven mindset and ability to translate activity trends
Experience or strong interest in fintech or direct-to-consumer sectors
