Overview
Seeking a Business Analyst for a rapidly growing technology department focused on Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies.
Responsibility
Work closely with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand complex business processes and define business requirements.
Translate business requirements into concise, feasible, and verifiable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Interact with the development and testing teams to communicate and validate requirements.
Maintain and prioritize user story backlog.
Support the solutioning process by developing competencies in various technology platforms.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as Business Analyst with requirement elicitation, creating user stories, and user guides.
2+ years of experience in business analysis with CRM end-to-end implementations or Custom Application Development.
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
